How Do You Remove Wrinkles? The Best Way To Remove Wrinkles Is To Prevent Them In The First Place

Anti-aging is a huge industry and the amount of products that are available today is enormous. But do any of them really work? I am from Arizona and one of the biggest things that everyone tells you is to protect your skin. But preventing skin cancers aren’t the only benefits that come with that protection. The anti-aging benefits of skin protection and care are enormous. The benefits don’t just apply to “older” ladies either. The earlier you start protecting your skin, the better it is going to look when you finally reach the “older” lady age. The following tips are all ones I swear by and will help you to keep your skin looking younger and brighter.

Always wear sunscreen – The sun is constantly wreaking havoc with your skin. Sunscreen is the most important thing you can apply every morning to help prevent wrinkles. If you start using a quality sunscreen early, you won’t have to go to extremes to remove wrinkles later. I use an SPF of at least 15 and I go much higher if I know I am going to be out in the sun for any length of time.

Use a good quality moisturizer – One of the things your skin will thank you for the most is to keep it moisturized. In fact, a good moisturizer will actually remove wrinkles and fine lines temporarily by hydrating your skin and holding that moisture in place. Having two different types of moisturizers is usually a good idea. A day cream will be lighter and work well under makeup and most of them already have sunscreen in them. A good night cream will tend to be richer and heavier and be more likely to remove wrinkles specifically. Depending on your age, you will want to go with something that is going to help repair some of the damage done during the day.

Use a good quality cleanser – Washing your face morning and night is definitely a must, especially if you are using a night cream. This allows your cream to have direct contact with clean dry skin. Washing your face before you go to bed not only removes makeup and sunscreen but it also washes away the grime and pollution that you pick up every day. My favorite night wash are actually cleansing cloths. I use a gentle exfoliating face wash every morning in the shower to help my skin look its best.

Drink a lot of water – One of the things that your skin loves the most is being hydrated. The more water you drink, the less moisturizer you will have to use. Drinking lots of water has a ton of health benefits and helping to remove wrinkles is only one of them.

I know that these all seem like no brainers but every little bit you can do to take care of your skin now makes a huge difference later on. I’m glad I listened to my mom because my efforts are paying off. I love the way my skin looks and feels and will continue to care for it every day.
